Payment Process
We believe in transparency and client satisfaction. That's why we use an automated system that allows you to view watermarked photos before finalizing your payment. Once your balance is settled, the watermarks are automatically removed, providing you with high-resolution images ready for use.
Square Footage Discrepancies
MLS listings may occasionally contain inaccurate square footage due to renovations or modifications by homeowners. This can impact the workload, time, and overhead costs associated with your project. In the event the actual square footage deviates significantly from the information provided when booking, Marcus Andrew Photography reserves the right to adjust the service tier based on our existing pricing structure, which is readily available on our website and booking portal.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be accommodating when possible. However, due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and reschedules, we've implemented a Same Day Cancellation Fee of $25. This fee helps us mitigate the negative impact on our schedule caused by late changes.

Photo Rights and Usage
The party who pays for our services is granted the exclusive right to use the resulting photos and media (both electronically and in print) for marketing their real estate brand and promoting specific properties they represent. This includes use on the MLS, flyers, brochures, online listings, and your website/social media for general brand promotion.
